The applicant acknowledges and agrees that:
- The information, files, and data provided shall be used solely and exclusively for research purposes. Any changes or modifications to items I through XII of this document by the applicant must be communicated to the Principal Investigator, Dr. Alex Antonio Florindo.
- The information, files, and data provided must remain confidential, ensuring that the identity of participants is never disclosed.
- The dissemination of the results described herein shall comply with the ethical research principles of the National Research Ethics Commission, in compliance with the approval of the Research Ethics Committee of the School of Arts, Sciences, and Humanities of the University of São Paulo, and in accordance with the Good Scientific Practices Manual of the São Paulo Research Foundation.
- The final datasets used for data analysis are encouraged to be made available on public platforms, such as OSF or platforms provided by the scientific journals in which the articles are published, provided that all identifying participant information is removed.
- While not mandatory, it is encouraged to acknowledge the Physical Activity Epidemiology Lab at the University of São Paulo in scientific dissemination materials, including articles, theses, dissertations, monographs, posters, and presentations at scientific events.
